Shipping Policy
MGE x BEAR Supply Group partners with trusted fulfillment centers, freight carriers, and distribution suppliers across the country to provide customers access to premium inventory, exclusive finds, and competitive pricing.
By placing an order with MGE x BEAR Supply Group, customers acknowledge and agree to the following shipping and fulfillment terms.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may vary depending on inventory availability, supplier processing, carrier scheduling, holidays, high-volume periods, or product type.
Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once an order has been processed and dispatched.
Estimated shipping and delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are NOT guaranteed.
SHIPPING METHODS
Shipping methods may include:
• Standard parcel shipping
• Freight delivery
• Local delivery
• Local pickup (when available)
***Furniture is not available for pickup at our warehouse***
Certain oversized, specialty, or furniture items may require additional freight scheduling, handling, delivery coordination, or appointment scheduling.
FURNITURE & OVERSIZED ITEMS
Large furniture and oversized products may ship separately and may require extended transit times depending on supplier inventory and freight carrier availability.
White glove delivery, assembly, room placement, stair carries, or debris removal services are not included unless explicitly stated in the product listing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery, including doorways, hallways, elevators, stairways, and entry clearance.
FAILED DELIVERIES & ADDRESS ERRORS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
MGE x BEAR Supply Group is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping costs, storage fees, rescheduling fees, or lost shipments resulting from:
• Incorrect addresses
• Incomplete delivery information
• Missed delivery appointments
• Refused shipments
• Customer unavailability
Additional carrier or freight fees may apply for re-delivery attempts, address corrections, freight storage, or refused shipments.
DELAYS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL
MGE x BEAR Supply Group is not liable for shipping delays caused by:
• Freight carriers
• Manufacturers or suppliers
• Inventory shortages
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Labor shortages or strikes
• Carrier disruptions
• Customs or transportation issues
• Other circumstances outside of our control
While we strive to provide accurate shipping estimates and timely updates, delays may occur and do not qualify for compensation, refunds, or chargebacks.
INSPECTION & DAMAGE CLAIMS
Customers must inspect all packages and products immediately upon delivery.
Any damage, missing item, or delivery issue must be reported to support@mgebeargroup.com within 24 hours of delivery and must include:
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of all packaging materials
• Photos of shipping labels
• Description of the issue
Failure to report shipping damage within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
Customers must contact MGE x BEAR Supply Group and receive written return authorization approval BEFORE returning any item.
Unauthorized returns, refused deliveries, or items returned without prior written approval will not be accepted or refunded.
Return instructions and approved return addresses will only be provided after a return request has been reviewed and approved.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, freight charges, restocking fees, and any supplier-imposed return fees associated with approved returns.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to rapid order processing and supplier fulfillment scheduling, all sales are considered final once an order has been submitted.
Orders cannot be canceled, modified, changed, or reversed after checkout submission.
If a cancellation request is exceptionally approved, MGE x BEAR Supply Group reserves the right to deduct any non-refundable processing fees, supplier fees, freight fees, restocking fees, or carrier charges associated with the order.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Unless otherwise stated, pallet inventory, liquidation inventory, clearance items, overstock inventory, wholesale lots, seasonal items, and select specialty products are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
