Refund Policy
REFUNDS & RETURNS
All sales are considered final unless otherwise approved by MGE x BEAR Supply Group.
Due to the nature of overstock, liquidation, freight, specialty sourced, and limited inventory products, not all items are eligible for return or refund.
Return requests must be submitted to our team for approval BEFORE any item is sent back. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Approved returns must:
- Be unused and in original packaging
- Include all original contents and materials
- Be submitted within the approved return window
- Include photo documentation if requested
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise approved in writing.
Original shipping, freight, delivery, handling, and processing charges are non-refundable.
Furniture, oversized items, freight deliveries, appliances, clearance items, liquidation inventory, pallets, and specialty sourced products may be subject to restocking fees or may be final sale.
Orders may not be canceled once fulfillment, freight scheduling, processing, or shipment preparation has begun.
MGE x BEAR Supply Group reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or cancellation request that does not meet our policy requirements.
Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival. Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and delivery condition.
